thanks raji, sorry i never seem to respond tho...

it usually takes me a while to make something because i tend to over-think everything and then submit to some kind of controlled chaos. the last couple of moleskin pages here were layers i put together while at work.

i started with a rough collage and obscured that with some masking tape(!), & that helped me recognize the need more an even more anonymous process: dots!

save getting too hippie on anyone, i'll suggest the handmade markings & patterns become entities- or a visual lowest common denominator. im pretty sure our own bodies are entirely incidental.
